- Stand in front of the box with feet directly under the hips and hands by your side.
- Bend your knees and hips while maintaining a straight back and keeping your head up.
- Push yourself up with power into the air (Squat Jump).
- Land on the Box or Platform while bending your knees to reduce the impact.
- Step Down off the box and repeat.
Side Note: If the jump becomes easy enough that the Reps can be surpassed then increase the height of the Jump.
