Stand in front of a bench facing away from it.
Sit down on the edge of the bench.
Place your hands about shoulder width apart on the bench with your hand facing forward.
Keep your chest elevated and head up.
Slowly lower your body downwards ensuring your arms do not go past 90 Degrees.
